Settlement about garden, 1924
Settlement between the daughter of Haji Aqa ‘Ali (wife of the late Haji Mirza Sayyid Ahmad Khan) [Bibi Sakinah?] and Navvabah ‘Illiyah [Zinat al-Hajiyah?], daughter of Haji Mirza Sayyid Ahmad Khan (wife of Aqa Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali). This settlement to divide a garden was reached due to a dispute between the two as they both claimed ownership of the property.

Settlement of Hasan Khan, 1910
Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Hasan Khan, the son of Haji Mirza Isma‘il, sells a house and a garden in Char Minar [Chahar Minar], including the limited right to use water from Ab Anbar [cistern], to Aqa Sayyid Ahmad Fakhr al-Hukama’ in exchange for two hundred tumans. Asad Allah denies any claims on the house on behalf of himself and his paternal aunt, Tuba Khanum. Zaynab Khanum, and Fatimah Khanum, the wife and daughter of Hasan Khan, respectively, also have confirmed that the house and the building belong to Mu‘tamad al-Sultan and that they have no claims.

Settlement between Rubabah Sultan and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, 1915
Settlement between Rubabah Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Husayn (son of Haji Muhammad Baqir) and wife of Muhammad Riza (son of Sadiq from Khuzan), and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, son of Karbalayi Abu al-Qasim, over part of an orchard and its share of water from the qanat, located in Shams Abad district, for ninety-one tumans, dated October 26, 1915. Muhammad Riza has approved this transaction. On verso, dated February 13, 1918: Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali sold the above property to Karbalayi Asad Allah, son of Mirza Muhammad from Khuzan, for ninety-one tumans.

Settlement of Haji Iskandar from Miyanah about transferring four stores, as well as a house and part of a garden shared with his brother, Aqa Bala, to his older son, Aqa Muhammad Baqir, in exchange for one man (unit of weight) of sugar lumps; on verso, dated June 23, 1925, Aqa Mahdi and his sister, Qamar Khanum, have complained to Ayat Allah Mirza Sadiq about this settlement but he has verified the transaction

Bibi Maryam's sale document, 1920
Bibi Maryam, daughter of Sharif Khan, and her son (son of the late Asad Allah Bayg) sell some orchards to Karbalayi Haydar and Husayn Jan, sons of the late Mashhadi, in exchange for sixty-four tumans. Tax and other expenses are the responsibility of the buyers and the detriment fee is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Haji Sadiq from Haris transfers a house and a garden located in Shishgilan, including the water creeks, the stable, and part of the water share of the late Sardar's qanat, to Haji Ghafur and his wife, Sayyidah Ziba Khanum, the daughter of the late Aqa Mir Sattar Khabbaz [the baker], in exchange for two thousand tumans.

Settlement among children of Buyuk Khan Mirpanjah Afshar, 1923
Settlement of some properties between ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan Amir Mukarram, the son of Buyuk Khan Mirpanjah Afshar from Sa’in Qal‘ah, and his brothers, Ibrahim Khan and Mahdi Khan. This followed another settlement between his sisters, Kafiyah, Kawkab, and Jamilah and their three brothers. The settlement included the properties they inherited from their father, with the following exceptions: their father's debt to Akbar Khan Salar Mukarram, the property in Takht-i Sulayman, and his cash belongings--these properties were exchanged for some other properties as well as five thousand tumans.

Settlements between Amin al-Mamalik's inheritors, 1922
Settlement regarding a house and garden from the properties of Amin al-Mamalik in the Surkhab neighborhood, including the andaruni, biruni, and deserted land that was jointly owned by his inheritors (whose shares have been recorded) and had not been divided. The property was in a state of ruin, so the co-owners made this settlement: Mirza Faraj Allah Mushir al-Hukama’, the son of Amin al-Mamalik, on behalf of himself and Mirza Mustafa ‘Ala’ al-Sultan, the son of Amin al-Mamalik, transfers all of their shares of the andaruni to his step-mother, Shafa Khanum, his two brothers, Mirza Taqi Khan...
